Membership Application

Dues:

$190.00 including HST to curl in the Men's League, Ladies League and/or single and multiple nights of Mixed League.
$_______ for Junior members to curl in the regular leagues.
$30.00 Associate members.

All Dues must be paid in full by February 1, 2012. If you do not have your dues paid by February 1, 2012 your name will be removed from the active curler list and you will not be allowed to play until your dues are paid in full.
